All orders received by 3:00PM EST / 12:00PM PST will ship on the same day Monday thru Friday not including Holidays.
STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHOD
Playfulthreads.com uses the United States Postal Service First Class Mail or UPS Ground as the standard shipping method. All standard shipping orders will receive a delivery confirmation number via email once orders are shipped provided that a valid email address is given during checkout. Tracking information is not available for APO addresses. Orders will be received within an average of 2-5 business days from the ship date. The delivery time for standard shipping is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed delivery time, we offer Express Shipping at an additional charge.
EXPRESS DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS
United States Postal Service or UPS is used at our discretion for all Express orders. Orders received by 3:00 PM EST / 12:00 PM PST will ship out on the same business day excluding Holidays. Express orders are available in Overnight and 2-Day shipping options. All Express orders will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped provided you include an email address with your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS
United States Postal Service or FedEx is used at our discretion for all international orders. Orders received by 3:00 PM EST / 12:00 PM PST will ship out on the same business day excluding Holidays. Depending on the destination country, Express order shipping options are available. For a list of countries we ship to, see below.
